Lou graduated from the RN program at St. Lawrence College in 1999. She has primarily worked in Long Term Care for 12 years, in various roles from Head Nurse to acting Director of Care.
Angela Evans - CPhT, Inventory Management & Quality Assurance, OTCs, Pharmacy Law & Ethics, Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmacy Mathematics, Retail Pharmacy and Computerized Prescription Entry; within the Pharmacy Assistant and Pharmacy Technician Program.
Angela has been instructing for KLC College's Pharmacy Assistant & Pharmacy Technician program for over 3 years. She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician who also works full-time at Providence Care's Mental Health Services. She has years of both retail and hospital pharmacy experience, precepting students on-the-job and was also a graduate of the program at KLC 5 years ago.
Sandra J Foley - Law Clerk Instructor, Office and Business Administration
Sandra has over 25 years experience in the legal field employed as a law clerk and has worked for KLC College since 2003.
As a law clerk working in the private sector and now a legal office manager employed by the Provincial Government, Sandra has spent many years working with, teaching and managing law clerks in different areas of the law.
Jane Grant - RPN, Instructor, Personal Support Worker
I have 25 years nursing experience as a RPN. I have done Geriatric Assesment, rehab, chronic care, palliative care and ventilator nursing. Retired from SMOL and work casual at the John M Parrott in Napanee, starting teaching in March of this year and I am very enthused to bring my knowledge and experience to the PSW program.

Debbie has over 22 years as a social worker and social work administrator in the field of child welfare as well as experience counselling around issues of grief and loss. Debbie has been working for KLC for 3 years.

Joanne Karlos has over 20 years of experience in the field of pharmacology and rehabilitation and has worked at KLC for over 11 years while managing and owning her own business.
As a physical therapist working in the community of Kingston and with national and international sporting events/athletes, businesses, hospitals, WSIB, and top insurance agencies in Canada Joanne specializes in short term and long term disability care and therapeutic treatments for populations of all ages. With her advanced therapeutic skills in the field of medicine, health and pharmacy Joanne also brings with her years of experience as an educator within field of pharmacy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

Grace Main is new to KLC coming from 25 years in public education as a teacher, staff development leader and curriculum coordinator, principal and superintendent. Her focus on special education and experience with special needs students, staff and families greatly enhances the EA and CYW program.
Crystal McConaghy – BA, Admissions Counsellor
Crystal has been working at KLC for just over 2 years.
Crystal has previous work experience assisting young (and troubled teens) in finding new direction in life.

Richard has operated a private home office practice for many years. His interest is in athletics, training, and exercise to achieve and keep healthy for all age groups. His special interest is in anatomy and physiology instruction.

Cecily has over 30 years experience in education and has worked for KLC for four years.
As a professor of art and design in ten institutions of higher education across Canada and the USA and also, recently, as a tutor for students with disabilities, Cecily has spent many years teaching a diverse student population.

Joanne has over 35 years experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist and has worked for KLC College for over nine years.
She has supported the speech and language needs of both adults and children in hospital, school and public health settings.
Luanne Reddick - B.A., B.Ed., OCT, Special Education, Educational Assistant / CYW Program
Luanne has taught for 15 years. During her years in the public school system, Luanne worked as a classroom teacher and as a special education teacher. She also acted as lead literacy teacher. She has specialist qualifications in Special Education and in Developmental Reading. Prior to her teaching career, Luanne worked as a Developmental Service Worker (DSW) in a variety of settings.

Veronica has been with KLC College for over 11 years. Veronica is certified in Microsoft Office Applications and brings a wealth of retained knowledge to share with the students.

Kathleen is a Community Occupational Therapist and has enjoyed bringing her passion for the profession this past year to educate future OT/PT assistants.

Jacqueline has 17 years experience working in community mental health and vocational rehabilitation. She has worked for KLC College for 4 years.
Jacqueline has worked in residential, crisis, recreational and vocational aspects of community mental health with a full spectrum of individuals in recovery from mental illness.
Jenn Vandusen - RN, S.A.N.E (sexual assault nurse examiner), Instructor, Personal Support Worker
Jenn worked in acute care nursing for 12 years focusing in maternal fetal medicine. She is also a sexual assault nurse examiner - pediatric and adult. Jenn is currently working in addictions and joined KLC College in November 2010. She is also currently attending Laurentian University to work on her BscN.

Allan has been in education for over 36 years. This is his 6th year with K.L.C. College. As a classroom teacher, consultant, program facilitator, and administrator with the Public School Boards, his work has largely been to work with, and support, special needs' students at the elementary and secondary levels.

Martha has been with KLC College for nearly three years. Before joining KLC College she has had 17 years experience in Admissions and 20 years experience in business and sales running her own business. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the school has served her well as Admissions Counselor and Director of Admissions.

Janice is a retired elementary school teacher with 30 years experience. She is now in her second year working with KLC having taught in Kingston last year and now in Smiths Falls.
She has taught every grade from Kindergarten to Grade 8 and spent 24 of her 30 years working with children's literature as a teacher-librarian.
